Sparkly Ocean Infinity Scarf

The sparkly yarn of this scarf combined with the oceanic tones looks great with the open, airy stitch.
I used one skein of Red Heart Shimmer in Peacock with an H hook.
Ch 43
Row 1: (dc, ch4, dc) in 13th from hook, ch4, sk next 5 ch, dc in next ch, *ch4, sk next 5 ch, (dc, ch4, dc) in next ch, ch4, sk next 5 ch, dc in next ch; rep from * across, turn
Row 2: ch5 (counts as dc, ch2), sc in next ch4 loop, *(4 dc, ch2, 4dc) in next ch4 loop, sc in next ch4 loop**, ch4, sc in next ch4 loop; repeat from * across, ending last rep at **, ch2, dc in next ch of turning ch, turn
Row 3: ch4 (counts a dc, ch1), dc in first dc, sk next ch2 sp, *ch4, dc in next ch2 sp, ch4**, dc, ch4, dc) in next ch4 loop; rep from * across, ending last rep at **, (dc, ch1, dc) in 3rd ch of turning ch, turn
Row 4: ch 4 (counts as tr), 4 dc in next ch1 sp, *sc in next ch4 loop, ch4, sc in next ch4 loop**, (4 dc, ch2, 4 dc) in next ch4 loop; rep from * across, ending last rep at **, 4dc in next ch1 sp of turning ch, tr in 3rd ch of turning ch, turn
Row 5: ch 7 (counts as dc, ch4), (dc, ch4, dc) in next ch4 loop, ch4**, dc in next ch2 sp, ch4; rep from * across! ending last rep at **, dc in 3rd ch of turning ch, turn

Repeat rows 2-5 for pattern, ending on a row 5. Fasten off, seam together, and weave in ends.
The finished scarf is 8" x 54".

This lacy scarf can be wrapped once or twice, and is super airy. It is perfect for summer for just a little bit of warmth, while still showing off summery colors.
Enjoy this pattern!

    1. You can add or subtract a multiple of 12 to the original starting ch. If you want to make this flat, just don't seam the ends together at the end.

  10. Why are you answering a question that was posted after my question that was posted on 11-14-17. Do only certain questions count. Not encouraging for a person new to Crochet.

    1. Oh I’m so sorry. Sometimes comment notifications get lost in my email, and I also get notifications when comments are deleted so I may have thought you deleted your comment.
I don’t have videos of any of my projects.
