Grey Cabled Neck Wrap
This simple cable pattern produces a lovely scarf to keep your neck warm. It is finished off with pretty silver buttons.
Co 38 sts.
Row 1, 3, 5, 7: k3, *p4, k2, p6, k2* to last 7 sts, p4, k3
Row 2, 6: k3, *k4, p2, k6, p2* to last 7 sts, k7
Row 4: k3, *4 st rt cable, p2, k6, p2* repeat to last 7 sts, 4 st rt cable, k3
Row 8: k3, *4 st rt cable, p2, 6 st rt cable, p2, repeat to last 7 sts, 4 st right cable, k3
Repeat rows 1-8 until 28", or desired length, ending on a row 7.
K2, bo 2, k3, p2, k6, p2, k1, bo 2, k1, p2, k6, p2, k3, bo 2, k2
K2, co 2, p3, k2, p6, k2, p1, co 2, p1, k2, p6, k2, p3, co 2, k2
Repeat rows 2 and 3 once more.
Bo loosely following the pattern.
Weave in ends, and sew on the three buttons.
4 st rt cable- sl 2 on cn, hold to back, k2 from left hand needle, k2 from cn.
6 st rt cable- sl 3 on cn, hold to back, k3 from left hand needle, k3 from cn.
All finished! My finished scarf is about 5 1/2"x 29".
