Citrine Beaded Necklace

This rhinestone encrusted flower adds a pop of personality to this fun Citrine- colored necklace. This necklace is super sparkly and can be made up in about an hour.
Materials: assorted beads, chain, eye pins, jump rings, clasp, two stranded focal bead, bent nose pliers, and round nose pliers. My beads came from A.C. Moore, and the focal came from Michaels.
Thread a bead onto an eye pin, and make a 90 degree bend with your bent nose pliers.
Now trim the end, and make a loop with the round nose pliers.
Make another, but before you close it, attach the other bead to it. When you close it, you will have two attached beads.
Continue to make a bead chain. Next, make a chain the same way with the other beads. I used 2 gold spacers between every chunky crystal bead.
Here are my finished strands.
Attach each strand to a loop on the back of the focal bead with a jump ring.
Close up.
Cut your chain into four even pieces, each about 10 inches long. Attach two of them to the focal with small jump rings, each to their own loop.
On the other side, attach the two beaded strands to a jump ring. Attach another jump ring with the other two pieces of chain.
Attach the clasp on either side, connecting the two pieces of chain with a jump ring.
Finished! Go out and enjoy this necklace!
I am loving the combination of these beads. Quite a statement piece!

Xoxo, Alyssa
