Grey Points Cowl
This pretty yarn makes soft transitions in shades of grey as it loops around your neck. Made entirely in garter stitch, this scarf is easy to whip up.
Co 36, longtail
Row 1: k across
Row 2: k1, kfb, k across
Rep rows 1 and 2 eight times, until you have 44 sts.
Row 3: k across
Row 4: bo 8 sts, k across
Repeat this pattern until desired length. Bo in knit and weave in ends. I wet blocked this to open it up and define the points, but you don't have to if you don't want to.
Now fold your scarf to resemble this photo. If it helps, I hung it around my neck with the points facing in, then took one end, and matched it up with the other to form this triangle shape. Sew the triangle part to secure it.
Xoxo, Alyssa

DeleteThank you! I might do this and leave it as a scarf. But I'm going to pass on the cowl instructions to my sister!
