Turquoise & Gold Earrings

These earrings are so much fun to wear! So sparkly and glamorous, but super easy to make!

Materials: ear wires, jump rings, chain, a variety of beads, "diamond cut" solid rings, head pins, eye pins, bent nose pliers, round nose pliers, and wire cutters

Attach the ear wire to the ring with a jump ring. 

Begin making bead loops by threading a bead on a headpin, bending, trimming, and forming the loop. Add a small piece of chain to this. 

Attach this bead dangle to the ring. I just opened the links of the chain and closed them around the ring, but you can also use a jump ring. 

Attach more bead dangles. You can add some without chain, or use eyepins to create dangles with two or more beads. 

Continue adding beads until you have the desired fullness. 

This photo below shows the order of the beads I added and the amounts of chain. 

Repeat these steps to make the second earring, making sure all the chain lengths are the same and the dangles are in the same order. 

All done! 

I thought these earrings might be too heavy, but they're totally fine! So go ahead and pile on the shimmer!
