Wire Shaped Rings

These simple wire rings will find a way into your jewelry stash somehow! They are so easy to make and you can make all different kinds of designs.
I chose to make mine in a square design but I have also made loops and swirls, triangles, and all kinds of geometric designs.
Materials: ring mandrel or marker, 16 gauge wire, wire cutters.
Cut about a foot of wire. Bend it in half with bent nose pliers, and pinch it tight.
Wrap it around your mandrel, putting each end on a different side of the bent piece.
Get creative and shape it using bent nose pliers.
Make each side symmetrical, or uneven. One of my squares is larger than the other. You can choose to make it your way, to match your style.
Here are a few other designs using the same technique.

Xoxo, Alyssa
